Description

This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Award will be made on an All or None Basis. This announcem ent constitutes the only solicitation; proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9133N-04-R-MEANS is issued as request for quote and incorporates the provision and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisitio n Circular 01-19. The Air National Guard Bureau has a requirement for 130 each of R.S. Means 2005 Facilities Construction Data Estimating Books to include (1) Facilities Cost Data, 2005 (2) Costworks CD Title to include the Costworks User Manual. The bo oks must be shipped to 101 different Air National Guard Bases. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror in the form of a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. The following FAR/DFAR provisions and clauses apply to the acquisition : FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (Class Deviation applies), 52.204-6, 52.219-6, 52.222-3, 52.222-18, 52.222-19, 52.222-19, 52.2222-21, 52.225-15, 52.232-33, 52.233-3, DFAR: 252.225-7001, AND 252.225-7036 ALT I. QUOTES shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, DFAR 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with his/her offer. A copy of the Representations and Certifications-Commercial c an be found at http://www.arnet.gov. Full versions of the FAR/DFARS clauses can be located at the following website: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The defense priorities and allocation System (DPAS) assigned rating for this procurement is not applicable.
