F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cunberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 68 each, 243 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 138 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 68 each, 150 Days DACA. This is a Full and Open Competition to include Large and Small Business.
