Description

CONTACT Mr. Rene Acosta, (732) 532-4230. This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for the compressor for the 9000 BTU (208V, 3PH, 400Hz) Air Conditioner. The compressor is NSN 4310-01-506-3227, part number 120K1613-3. The current source for this item is Keco Industries, Florence KY, Cage 94833. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of the item is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing the compressor must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USAC ECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-G-EC (Acosta), Bldg 1200W, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023 or via e-mail to rene.acosta@us.army.mil. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed sourc e or a statement from the listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with an item that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the item from the current supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warr ant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. The deadline for response is 10 Feb 2005.
