- Statement of Work The North Central Cluster is in need of a facility that can provide conference space, lodging space, a reception or dinner and breaks for a regional training in Northern Illinois or Southern Wisconsin. The NC Cluster will need this facility for the following dates: June 7-10 or June 14-17, 2005 Single Sleeping Rooms 40-Single rooms for June 7 or June 14, 2005 40-Single rooms for June 8 or June 15, 2005 40-Single rooms for June 9 or June 16, 2005 Meeting Space-All meeting space should be on a 24-hour hold with no obstructions that could affect training set-up for round tables, not obstruction of view with pillars or other item, no pipe and drape set-ups. General Session 1 rectangle tables at front of general session room each day for presenter materials 1-June 8 or June 15, 2005 for 40 attendees set in rounds of six from 7:00am-8:30pm 1-June 9 or June 16, 2005 for 40 attendees set in rounds of six from 7:00am-8:30pm 1-June 10 or June17, 2005 for 40 attendees set in rounds of six from 7:00am-8:30pm Breakouts 1 rectangle tables at front of breakout room each day for presenter materials 4-June 8 or June 15, 2005 for 10 attendees set in rounds of three from 7:00am-8:30pm 4-June 9 or June 16, 2005 for 10 attendees set in rounds of three from 7:00am-8:30pm 4-June 10or June 17, 2005 for 10 attendees set in rounds of three from 7:00am-8:30pm Meals One reception or dinner; AM Breaks should include coffee, tea refresh; PM breaks should include coffee, teas, soft drinks, and light snacks. All meals should be served in separate space other than meeting space for duration of the events. Reception or dinner 40-June 8 or June 15, 2005-6:00 pm-8:00 pm AM Break 40-June 8 or June 15, 2005-10:00am-10:30am 40-June 9 or June 16, 2005-10:00am-10:30am 40-June 10 or June 17, 2005-10:00am-10:30am PM Break 40-June 8 or June 15, 2005-3:00pm-3:30pm 40-June 9 or June 16, 2005-3:00pm-3:30pm Audio Visual Equipment Message board and registration table (One large tables and a message board should be set up in the assigned registration area starting June 8 or June 15, 2005 and remaining there until the events conclude.) Flip Chart and Markers 5-June 8 or June 15, 2005-1 in general session room; 1 in each breakout 5-June 9 or June 15, 2005-1 in general session room; 1 in each breakout 5-June 10 or June 16, 2005- 1 in general session room; 1 in each breakout; Overhead Projector and Screen 1-June 8-10 or June 15-16, 2005 in each breakout. Handheld Microphone 1-June 8-10 or June 15-16, 2005 in general session. Additional AV TBD Miscellaneous Items Parking for participants
