Approved source(s): Raytheon (K5533) The requirement is for 75 each to be delivered to AQ5 and NNE within 365 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 38 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of 2/15/2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date.Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Various increments solicited: from 25 ea to 49 ea; from 50 ea to 99 ea; from 100 ea to 149 ea and from 150 ea to 249 ea. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Raytheon (K5533). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
