- NSN: 5930-01-148-8874. SWITCH, PRESSURE. Critical Application Item and First Article Approval, Contractor Testing, requirements apply for manufacturing sources that are not approved, waived First Article manufacturing sources. Drawing cited in solicitation is subject to export-control regulations and distribution is limited to those qualified through JCP certification. Waived First Article sources to date are: Oshkosh Truck Corp, cage code (45152), P/N: 12734C; Orange Research, cage code (30839), P/N: 12258938 and P/N: 1502-E1064; Kulite Semiconductor Products, cage code (34345), P/N: 12258938; General Motors of Canada, cage code (56161), P/N: 10500777. This procurement is restricted to small business concerns and full and open competition applies. Expected quantity to be procured is 899 each and unit (each) quantity price ranges are included in the solicitation for: 700 ? 874, 875 ? 899, 900 ? 999, 1000 ? 1499 and 1500 ? 2000. Inspection/Acceptance is destination for material verified by traceability requirements to be from the waived manufacturing sources. Delivery requested is FOB destination for line item 0001 of 450 each to CA and for line item 0002 of 449 each to PA. Price may be a significant factor in evaluation of offers, the final award decision shall be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
