NSN is for Hydrotex Industries? P/N M-50 Super Shield, QAP 251 applies. This is an Unrestricted solicitation and will result in Fixed Price with EPA, Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base and four (4) option years. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
