Description

The United States Patent & Trademark Office plans to award a commercial item contract in the amount of $214,942.30 with options for additional maintenance utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Captiva Software Corporation. No RFP will be issued as a result. The Commercial Item is as follows: InputAccel Software Maintenance for 25,000,000 pages. N-SMS-1 SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT - RENEWAL 1 Due to the proprietary nature of the manufacturer?s software, only the software manufacturer, Captiva Software Corporation, 10145 Pacific Heights Blvd. San Diego, CA 92121, is the only known source qualified to provide the required products.
