Description

The United States Patent & Trademark Office plans to award a commercial item contract in the amount of $63,848.50 with options for additional maintenance utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to OPSWARE, Inc. No RFP will be issued as a result. The Commercial Item is as follows: Asset Insight Software Maintenance for 11,833 licenses and a 2nd Data Manager. Due to the proprietary nature of the manufacturer?s software, only the software manufacturer, OPSWare Inc., 11000 Regency Parkway, Suite 301, Cary, North Carolina, 27511, is the only known source qualified to provide the required products.
