- The Department of Energy awarded a purchase order on a sole source basis to The Kestrel Group, Inc., on July 29, 2004 to provide expert advice and support in the development of a successful Safety Conscious Work Environment. The period of performance is July 29, 2004 to April 1, 2005. A modification will be processed to increase the value of this purchase order for additional services. As a result of this increase, this contract action must be synopsized as required FAR Part 5. This notice is not a request for proposals.
