- This announcement is being placed in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) paragraph 3.2.1.3.11. The purpose of this announcement is to solicit proposals in response to the attached Request for Offer. The response to the request should be a binding offer. It is intended that the response become a binding contract if and when it is signed by the FAA's Contracting Officer.
