Description

Base Plus 4 Option periods for Window Washing, to include: 0001. Wash exterior glass windows to include spandrel glass on all floors, 4 cleanings per year. 0002. Wash all interior windows to include courtyards and entrances, 4 cleanings per year. 0003. Wash all lower level entrance windows and skylights, inside and out. All metal must be wiped clean, 12 cleanings per year. 0004. Polish all annodized aluminum mullions on the outside of all lower level entrance windows and skylights. Vendor will use Pro-Alu for sealing this metal (this application will last 1-2 years before re-application is necessary), 12 cleanings per year . 0005. Dust interior wooden panels and main lobby walls on floors 1,2,3 up to the ceiling. Price includes scaffolding where necessary. 4 cleanings per year. 0006. wipe all wood ceiling panels on main lobby level. This includes the undersides and exposed top side of the panels on the perimeter and center areas of the lobby. Wipe clean all light fixtures, clean the outsides of surfaces of the display case gla ss, and clean the vents along the perimeter walls, 4 cleanings per year. All line items are IAW with the Statement of Work that will be provided in the Invitation for Bid.
