Description

The Michigan National Guard has a requirement for Various Cleaning Solvents to be used in maintenance facilities throughout the state. An initial contract will be done to fill immediate needs and to follow with a Blanket Purchase Agreement to provid e products on an as needed basis. Products must meet specifications as detailed in each line item in the solicitation. Please read entire solicitation as all requirements and specifications must be met for quote to be considered. The intent is to streamline all maintenance facilities throughout the state to incorporate the use of the same products and one supplier providing all the required items. Supplier must be able to train personnel and demonstrate proper use of products at all locations throughout the state. Technical support and assistance must be available, via telephone to the user, as needed at no extra cost. Supplier must be willing to provide a replacement product, at no additional cost, if a product is not working and doing the job it claims to do. Maintenance facilities are located in Grand Ledge, Ypsilanti, Flint, Wyoming, Augusta, Grayling, Sault Ste Marie, Ispheming, Lansing, Taylor, Kingsford, Midland, Dowagiac, Selfridge, Montague and Marquette. Solicitation Number W912JB-05-T- 2005 is available at our web site on or about 25 January 2005 at http://www.selfridgecontracting.com/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp . Completed proposals must be submitted to the USPFO for Michigan no later than 7 Februa ry 2005 12:00 PM. The projected contract award date is on or about 14-18 February 2005. Eventual contract award will be based on Best Value and vendors should be prepared to submit a quote that they feel will best support our requirements.
