This action expands the scope of work to include additional Network Environment for Command, Control and Communications Mobile Systems (NE CMS)Mobility Assessment Test and Integration Center (MATIC) capabilities, completion of a data collection system, support for various demonstrations, experiments and exercises, as well as training on instrumentation in the war room. The NECMS MATIC is a f acility located on the Laguna Pueblo in New Mexico which is governed by a Native American tribal council. See Note 22.
