Description

Construction, maintenance and incidental Service Projects associated with Military programs to support the Louisville District Mission at Bluegrass Army Depot in Richmond KY. It is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)contract. The work can consist of but not be limited to: design/build for construction of various facilities including building construction, demolition; debris removal; structural repairs; renovations; site work; utility installations and replacements; mechanical and electr ical repairs and new construction, paving; channel improvements; Industrial repairs/upgrades, landscaping; tree removal, geo-technical work, instrumentation, architectural construction and renovation, security systems and other work associated with various aforementioned tasks. The IDIQ will consist of a one-year base period and four 1-year option periods, for a total of five years. The contract value is NTE $30M for 5 years. Minimum guarantee is $20,000.00 maximum for base year and $20,000 for each option year. Individual task order limit is $6 million but task orders are estimated to range from $10,000.00 to $400,000.00 with a typical task order amount of approximately $20,000. Task Orders issued against this contract will be construction/service type wit h the applicable wage rates applying. Sites of work can be at the Bluegrass army Depot. This is a Request for Proposal and offers will be evaluated on the following technical basis: 1) Experience, 2) Past Performance, 3) Project Management Approach. NOTE : This procurement is provided as a HUB-ZONE set-aside procurement. Only those firms qualified for HUB-ZONE need apply. This project is available by downloading from the Internet only.
