- Furnish all planning, supervision, labor, equipment, material, supplies, replacement parts, and all things necessary for the Operation and Maintenance of Government-owned Facilities and Equipment, West Point Lake, West Point, Georgia. Services are f or a base year and four (4) one-year options. It is anticipated that a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee contract will be awarded. In general (not all inclusive), work will entail maintenance and/or repair of: buildings and structures; electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and sewer systems; beaches, riprap, unpaved roads, parking areas, boat ramps, vehicles, and equipment. Work will also consist of custodial services, grass mowing, floating debris removal, and aid to navigation. This procurement is 100% set-aside for sma ll business. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $30 million for the past three (3) years under NAICS 561210. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at th e following website: http://www.sam.usace.army.mil and will be available for download on or about February 15, 2005. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to this solicitation. Actual solicitation amendments will be issued either by posting f or download to the web site or fax. Interested offerors, to include subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms, are required to self-register their firm or office at the aforementioned website. NO TELEPHONE, FAXED OR MAILED requests will be accepted. Those reg istering are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Registration must include the firms physical address, telephone (including area code), a valid fax number and a point of contact. Registration should be completed one work prior to t he issue date.
