- Description
- The Contractor shall provide bar and harbor pilotage service when required by USN vessels, Government operated USNS vessels and foreign Naval vessels in support of Naval activities at the Coastal Systems Station (CSS) in Panama City, FL. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, equipment, materials and services to provide pilotage for up to three (3) vessels concurrently. This Contract requires up to three (3) call out US flag tugs to provide harbor support services in the Coastal Systems Station (CSS) in Panama City, Florida area. This contract is for all tug requirements of the specified shaft horsepower that cannot be satisfied with Government owned, controlled or chartered tugs (both current and follow-on contracts with essentially the same terms). The actual work may vary considerably from the schedule of estimates contained herein. This procurement is unrestricted and will have a firm period (length: date of award through 30 September 2005) with four one-year options.
