- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia, PA intends to procure on a sole source basis from LaBarge Inc, 1505 Maiden Lane, Joplin, MO the following equipment: 5 EA. SUBSAFE CADF system electrical hull-penetrating receptacle; 10 EA. SUBSAFE CADF system hull penetrating pressure cap; 10 EA. CADF system hull-penetrating spanner wrench. It is intended to negotiate this requirement on a sole source basis pursuant to 10 USC Code 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 ? Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement will be covered by a new contract. Interested parties who contend that they are technically qualified should submit, within twenty days from publication of this announcement, specific factual data, including but not limited to technical resumes, management experience, and other pertinent information as desired to be used as an evaluation basis to determine competence to su! ccessfully provide the required supplies. All technical proposals received within this time frame will be considered by the Government. The Government reserves the right not to open this requirement to competition based upon technical notices received in response to this announcement. Technical responses received as a result of this announcement will normally be considered solely for the purpose of whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received. The applicable NAICS Code is 335931. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1.
