- This is a modification to the combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items announced by The Marine Corps Systems Command, Request for Proposal (RFP) number is RFP M67854-05-R-3019, for a Tester, Transmission, to test the GM Transmission, model 4L80E (HMMWV A2). The National Stock Number (NSN) provided was incorrect and is corrected to read as follows: 4910-01-495-8155. This is the only change to the announcement. All proposals may be submitted to the following address: Commander, Marine Corps Systems Command, Attn: Mr Robert M. Celeste, 2200 Lester Street, Quantico, VA 22134-6050, or electronically robert.celeste@usmc.mil no later than 1:00 PM, EST, February 16, 2005. No facsimile offers will be accepted. All proposals must be clearly marked with RFP M67854-05-R-3019. Offerors are hereby notified that if your proposal is not received by the date/time and location specified in this announcement, it will not be considered.
