- The Government intends to award on a sole source basis, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.1, a non-commercial item contract to Titan Corporation, 7410 Mission Valley Road, San Diego, California 92108-4426, CAGE 0DSV4; for the purchase of Joint Range Extension Gateway equipment for the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA?s). The JRE Gateway equipment must be procured through a vendor that can meet the form, fit and function of existing equipment. Titan Corporation is the only one known responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy or meet agency requirements. This is not a request for quotation or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be honored for information purposes only. Items shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination and delivered and accepted at MCTSSA, Supply Officer, Bldg 31345, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055-5171 no later than ! thirty (30) calendar days after contract award. If no affirmative written response is received within ten (10) calendar days after publication of this notice, to the effect that a comparable source exists, an order will be placed with Titan Corporation for the requirements stated herein.
