- NAICS Code: 541990 The United States Environmental Protection Agency, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13, is soliciting competitive offers for recent MS graduate or pre-doctoral personal services in support of the National Risk Management Research Laboratory (NRMRL). Services shall entail data organization, data presentation, and statistical evaluation of data pertaining to concentrations of lead in drinking water collected at schools and other locations. Applicants must be recent MS graduates or current PhD candidates in science or engineering, with demonstrated ability or experience with statistical analysis, data development and analysis, and basic water quality analysis. The applicant should also must possess excellent oral and written communications skills. Applicants must agree to a background investigation and other requirements and restrictions posted to the announcement. The principal duty station location is EPA Region III: Mid Atlantic Region, 1650 Arch St., Philadelphia, PA, 19103. Authority for this acquisition is pursuant the Fiscal Year 2003 Consolidated Appropriations Resolution which authorized ORD to acquire personal services through temporary or intermittent student/recent graduate services. A copy of the announcement detailing all particulars is anticipated to be released on or about February 7, 2005, with quotations due on or about February 28, 2005.
