Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Refuse/Recycling Collection and disposal services for the industrial and family housing areas at Holloman AFB, NM and operate a government provided recycling collection facility. The NAICS code for the refuse and recycling services is 562212. The estimated yearly refuse tonnage is 4,000 Actual Tons. The Industrial Area has approximately 259 containers (4CY) and the average collection frequency is three(3) times weekly. The Housing Area has approximately 1401 residential units and the average collection frequency is two(2) times weekly for refuse and one(1) additional collection for recyclables. Holloman AFB also requires seven (7) Roll off Containers (40 CY) which are collected two (2) times weekly. The requirement is for a one year base period and four option years and is an 8 (a) competitive, nation-wide set aside. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor registration (CCR) database to receive a DOD award or payment. Lack of registration will make an offerror ineligible for award. Wage Determination 94-2511 Rev (21) dated 28 May 2002 applies to this solicitation. A copy of the Wage determination, and the Representations and Certifications are attached to this notice.
