- Description
- The Project and Contracting Office, Baghdad, Iraq has a requirement for pistols, rifles, ammunition, grenades, and other weapon accessories. This action is unrestricted and provides for full and open competition. The awarded contract will be a one year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract under FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items. The proposed solicitation number is W914NS-05-R-9018. All offerors submitting proposals must have all required license to be a global arms dealer/broker. The solicitation will be posted no later than 15 January 04. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-JAN-2005).
