- The purpose of this amendment is to revise amendment 01 to read: Question 1: Can you verify that the total weight of the camera and the pan-tilt must be below 75 lbs, is there any flexibility on this? Answer to Question 1: The weight limit is a combined weight for both the camera and pan-tilt unit. Number 9 of the specifications is revised to as follows: 9. The ideal weight is in the range of 75-100 pounds. All proposals will be evaluated.
