Description

Most equipment belonging to the Iraqi Drilling Company (IDC) was looted or either severely damaged or destroyed during and after the recent war. This project is expected to be primarily procurement to provide equipment, parts, and supplies to return rigs to operation and caravans for crew accommodations for 80 personnel. Prefabricated structures approximately 9 feet wide by 27 long will include skid type frame mounted general store unit, recreation unit, dry storage unit, cold storage unit, toilet/shower unit, dinning unit, kitchen unit, living facilities with heating, air conditioning, ventilation, water service, drain waste venting, water heaters. All electrical and plumbing will be in accordance with modular camp building practices. Power provided by diesel generating plants 230/400 volt, 50 cycle, 3 phase, 4 wire. Tool pusher caravan, heavy-duty skid mounted building. Mud Laboratory building 8' x 22' skid mounted for testing oil-drilling mud. Tools and equipment to sustain and support work camps. Mobile and portable flood light system. Tools and equipment required for engineering fixed workshop and mechanical workshop. Truck with refrigeration van 10 - 12 ton payload capacity.
