Description

Project consists of: The replacement of a reinforced concrete water control structure and outlet pipe. The work includes: Removal of existing structure, cofferdam/dewatering, excavation, backfilling, regarding, placement of filter fabric, riprap, welding final grading and seeding. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237990, Dike and Other Flood Control Construction, with a size standard of $28.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available free of charge approximately 02/14//2005 with bid opening occurring on or about 03/16/2005.
