Description

NEGOTIATED FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT 5130 ? HAND TOOLS 6FEP-K0-040288-N GSA, FSS intends to establish through Negotiation a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity, two-year requirements type contract with three one-year options for the period of June 1, 2005 through May 31, 2007. Requirements are for thirteen (13) miscellaneous hand tools with National Stock Numbers in the 5130 Federal Supply Class. These NSN?s are part of the GSA?s Stock Program. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery of 90 days or less and a minimum order of no less than $50.00.
