Description

ERDC-CERL requires research services for the continuation of SERDP Project CP1400 - DEVELOPMENT OF EMISSION FACTORS FOR DUST GENERATED BY UNIQUE MILITARY ACTIVITIES for a Base Period ending December 2005 and three Option Periods. The proposed procure ment will be on a sole-source basis. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price contract with one of the SERDP proposing partners, Arcadis G&M, Inc. Request for Proposal (RFP) W9132T-05-R-0018 will be issued on or about February 15, 200 5 with a closing date of March 17, 2005. The solicitation is only available in electronic format from the Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office (VCCO) website: http://www.mvk.usace.army.mil/contract/.
