GSA Rocky Mountain Region, Public Buildings Service anticipates issuing a solicitation in March 2005 for Operations & Maintenance services for three Federal buildings in downtown Denver, Colorado. We are contemplating a small business set-aside for this procurement. However, we need to determine if there are a sufficient number of small businesses that would be interested in submitting proposals for this procurement. If you are a small business with the capability of delivering Operations and Maintenance services for: *Three office buildings (all of which house U.S. Courts); *Two of the three buildings are designated historic buildings; *A total of approximately 1.4 million square feet for the three buildings; and, *House a mixture of brand new and fairly old plant & equipment - AND, you anticipate that you would be interested in presenting an offer in response to a solicitation for such Operations & Maintenance services, then please send a brief communication expressing your interest to: Benjamin Rissky, GSA Contract Specialist, 303-497-5190, or via email: benjamin.rissky@gsa.gov NOTE: This is not a pre-solicitation notice, nor is it a solicitation for offers.
