Description: The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC), Stennis Space Center, Mississippi intends to negotiate only with Telonics Corporation of Mesa, Arizona for the purchase of 15 each Telonics GPS receiver/ARGOS units, model GENIIIA and 15 each Telonics ruggedized dual feed antennas. The GPS receiver/ARGOS unit includes Hermetic package option, TO3 message format in 220 sec mode, power cable, dual antenna connectors, -40 degrees C to +70 degrees C operation. The antenna is a ruggedized dual feed 3V GPS/ARGOS antenna with dual connectors, strengthened base and 6-hole bolt pattern. See Notes 1 and 22.
