- Provide Ventilator Weaning Services for the Edward Hines Veterans Hospital, Fifth Avenue & Roosevelt Road, Hines, Illinois 60141 for the period of one year from the date of the award (with four one-year options exercised at the government?s discretion) in accordance with all specifications, statement of work, terms and conditions contained therein (NAICS 622110, $29.0 Million).
