- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon, requires a contractor to provide Readjustment Counseling Services to eligible veterans referred by the Vet Center, Eugene, Oregon. Contractor must be located within the Central Oregon coast area. The contract is for a base period of April 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006 with four one-year option periods (5 year total contract). NAICS 624190/ size standard: $6.0 million. This acquisition is set aside for 100% small business. Readjustment counseling for the purpose of this contract is counseling provided by social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists or other qualified counselors individually or in groups specifically directed at social, psychological or behavioral difficulties specifically related to post-war readjustment to civilian life.
