Description

The Air Force Academy has a requirement for the purchase of Cadet Parkas and Athletic Jackets. The Parkas and Jackets shall be manufactured in accordance with USAFA CU 2030-04, dated 20 October 2004, USAFA CU 320-08, dated 20 October 2004, USAFA CU 360-07, dated 27 October 2004 and USAFA CU 2020-04, dated 27 October. All fabric for the Parkas will be furnished by the contractor and Government Furnished Material will be provided for the manufacture of the Athletic Jackets. The requested amounts are 1809 each Men?s Athletic Jackets, 370 each Women?s Athletic Jackets, 990 each Men?s Parkas, and 241 each Women?s Parkas. First Article may be required IAW FAR 52.209-3. Delivery FOB destination to USAF Academy CO 80840. Request for Quotation, FA7000-05-T-0085 will be available on or about 1 February 2005 and can only be downloaded from FedBizOpps. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE PROVIDED. This acquisition will be accomplished utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 & 13. The requested delivery date is not later than 15 April 2005. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the Agency and shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. See Internet site: https://ccr.dlsc.dla.mil. This is 100% small business set-side. Applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard are 315222 and the Business Size Standard is 500. Woman owned and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit offers. Quotes are to be received at the Operational Contracting Office, 8110 Industrial Drive, Suite 200, USAF Academy, CO 80840-2315, 3:00 P.M. on or about 18 February 2005, Mountain Time.
