- Firm-fixed price contract W56HZV-05-C-0229 will be awarded to JLG Industries, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA for a quantity of 48 All Terrain Lifter Army System (ATLAS) vehicles. The ATLAS is a 10,000 lb. capacity rough terrain forklift vehicle. Model nu mber is SKYTRAK 10000M. The National Stock Number is 3930-01-417-2886. The vehicles are to be provided to a foreign customer under the Foreign Military Sales Program. The total estimated value of this action is $8.2 million. No solicitation will be issued. Alpha negotiations will be conducted on a sole source basis with JLG Industries, McConnellsburg, PA.
