Description

USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the services to (1) identify possible analytical probes which may be employed to qualitatively and quantitatively determine in vitro the perchlorate anion in an aqueous environment wi thin and outside isolated thyrocytes and (2) select, develop, employ, and evaluate the most promising analytical probe(s). The period of service will be no later than 31 December 2005. This is a sole source follow-on project to prior work with the Rho Si gma Associates and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition procedures. Request for W9132T-05-T-0042 will be issued on or about 14 February 2005 with a closing date of 23 February 2005.
