- Provide, at a minimum, the Services of a licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Paramedic, License Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse to provide health care services for the employees of the U. S. Army, Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, Mat Sinking Unit (MSU). These services are required while the MSU is involved in erosion control work on the Mississippi and Atchafalaya Rivers beginning on or about 16 August 2004 through on or about 14 December 2004 in accordance with the specification s. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on our web site when it issues. You can find the RFQ in PDF format at http://www.mvk.usace.army.mil/offices/contract/main.htm under Advertised Solicitations. Responsibility for making sure that everythi ng has been received included in the solicitation is the Contractor. 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Request for Quotation No. W912EE-05-T-0016 will be issued on or about 1 February 2005.
