- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, has a requirement to acquire seven (7) Millimeter Wave (MMW) Downconverters per a Statement of Work and government performance specifications. The basic requirement will also contain line items for acceptance testing and data. The solicitation for this acquisition will also include options for up to 20 additional MMW Downconverters along with corresponding data. A facility clearance to the DoD SERCRET level will be required for performance. Offerors must request in writing, (email or facsimile request is acceptable) to receive the classified performance specification. All requests must be submitted to the attention of Mr. William Hurley, Code 5912. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type. Award will be made on the basis of Best Value. Evaluation factors will be Technical Capability and Price with subfactors of Technical/Management Approach, Past Performance and Facilities. This acquisition is Set-Aside 100% for Small Businesses Concerns. See Note 1. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil.
