- RT-1828 UHF SATCOM NETWORK TERMINAL AND SUBSYSTEM COMPONENTS MANUFACTURED BY VIASAT. The SPAWAR System Center Charleston intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, sole-source contract to Viasat, Inc., Carlsbad, CA., in the estimated amount of $176,251 to use as a test bed for the UHF Teleport Program and to facilitate support to the Teleport field units. Only the RT-1828 and its subsystem components manufactured by Viasat, Inc. will satisfy the Government needs to ensure compatibility with the existing test equipment. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Any responses to this announcement are due 15 days from the date this notice is published to the above address, POC Grace D.
