- Description
- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Arizona State University located in Tempe, AZ. The contractor shall investigate the practical limitations of Mulitple Input, Multiple Output (MIMO) signaling. The Contractor shall generate signal sets, modify existing receiver algorithms, investigate partial-response equalization for underwater channels, and develop a digital signal processor based real-time implementation of a MIMO receiver. The delivery schedule is anticipated to be approximately one year from date of award. The total estimated amount is $45,000. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal. A solicitation will not be posted.
