Description

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Pugleasa Company Inc. to provide, furnish and install seven (7) walk-in cooler doors and one (1) freezer door and removal/disposal of the existing cooler and freezer doors from the site, located at VAMC TOMAH, 500 E. VETERANS STREET, TOMAH, WI 54660. Pugleasa Company Inc. is the only authorized distributor in Tomah, WI area for Rite-Hite Corporation who is the manufacture of the original cooler and freezer equipment, installed in 1983. Compatibility with existing equipment is required since the existing structural frame will remain and only the deteriorating doors will be replaced. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. If however, a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service, to the Contracting Officer within 10 days after publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, VAMC GLAC, 5000 W.
