- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITION NOTICE ONLY. REQUEST FOR QUOTE WILL BE ADDED AS AN ATTACHMENT (SOLICIATION) ON OR ABOUT 02 FEB 05. PLEASE GO TO FA8522-05-Q-80298 ON OR ABOUT 02 FEB 05 TO RETRIEVE REQUEST FOR QUOTE. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE UNTIL ON OR ABOUT 02 FEB 05 This will be a competitive fixed-priced contract for Surplus items, 4 each Recording Control Unit Assembly, NSN: 5895-01-207-7100, P/N: 83-48056-001. DIM: 5”W x 5”L x 2.3”D, MAT’L: Aluminum chassis/panel/cover with electronic components, FUNC: Consolidates controls of the DFDR/CPL(FDAU) into one control panel. Destination: FB2065 (Robins AFB, GA). Government and Commercial Surplus items such as New/Unused, New/Reconditioned, New/Modified, and Used/Overhauled are acceptable. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 02 FEB 05 with the approximate response date of 02 MAR 05. A copy of the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizopps) Web site located at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. This will be full and open competition with evaluations for the overall lowest bid.
