Description

St. Louis, MO 63102 - Repair of Decorative Iron and Masonry Fence, Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, 11 North 4th Street, Invitation for Bid Number I6520050001. Work consists of repairing a decorative iron and masonry fence damaged by a traffic accident at northwest courtyard of the Old Courthouse. Contractors are advised to visit the site to examine working conditions, etc. before offering a bid. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $28.5 million (average gross revenue for the last three (3) years). MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS: This project is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. PUBLICIZING AND RESPONSE TIME: The solicitation package will be issued on or about February 17, 2005 with a response date on or about March 21, 2005.
