- The NASA Research Announcement (NRA) entitled "Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences - 2005," was previously identified as NNH05ZSD001N. When this NRA is released on or about January 28, 2005, it will be identified as NNH05ZDA001N. All other descriptors of this NRA remain unchanged from the previous announcement. This NRA is a broad agency announcement as specified in FAR 6.102(d)(2) and is sponsored by NASA's Science Mission Directorate (SMD). NRA NNH05ZDA001N, entitled "Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences - 2005," will be available on or about January 28, 2005, on NASA's homepage for research opportunities at: http://nspires.nasaprs.com/ (under the heading for "Solicitations" open the link for "Open Solicitations"). This NRA solicits proposals for over 50 program elements supporting basic and applied research and technology across the entire range of NASA's space and Earth science programs. Proposal due dates are scheduled starting on April 8, 2005, and continue through February 10, 2006. Electronically submitted Notices of Intent to propose are requested for all program elements, with the first such due date being March 11, 2005. The electronic submission of each proposal's Cover Page / Proposal Summary / Budget Summary is required by the respective due dates for proposal submission.
