Description

This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about February 5, 2005. TELEPHONIC REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The project consists of the reconstruction of a concrete abutment for a pedestrian bridge, reconstruction of the bank with riprap as a foundation for the abutment, backfilling and seeding of eroded areas and the lifting and reinstallation of the pedestrian bridge. A SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR: FEBRUARY 9, 2005 AT 10:00 AM. Contractors are to meet at the job site. The NAICS code is 237310. It is anticipated that the government will award a firm fixed price contract based on the best value to the government. The construction estimate is between $2,500 and $25,000.
