- Solicitation for NSN: 1560-00-084-2114 / PR #YPG04301000728, P/N 39-16749-503, Hinge, Door, Nose Cowling. Only approved sources will be considered for award. Furthermore, the proposed contract is set-aside for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. Offers from other than HUBZone Small Business Concerns will not be considered. The only approved source that is a Certified Hub Zone Firm is Malone’s CNC Machining, cage 2V045. DSCR has an approved technical data package available and it may be obtained for use in developing a source approval request package for engineering source approval. Any manufacturer, other than an approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package; (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 4,013 each with a 100% quantity option. The required delivery schedule is 180 days ARO, FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the Gateway homepage, select “Search RFPs” from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is February 16, 2004.
