The solicitation is restricted to FN Manufacturing, Inc., 797 Clemson Road, Columbia, SC. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. Published for subcontracting purposes only. Estimated issue date is 11 February 2005. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the Internet. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
