Description

This is a notice of the Governments intent to award sole source (Note 22) to Medtronics for three Synchromed Baclofen pumps, three catheter passers, and three Indura catheters. This notice is an urgent requirement for Walter Reed Army Medical Cente r, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307, contract number W91YTZ-05-P-0457. Substittutions are not authorized. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and FDA certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Response (s) may be via email or on company letterhead: include companys name, point of contact, address, phone number, Duns number, tax ID, business size, and solicitation number.
