Estimated quantities are for a 3-year period commencing date of award through 31 January 2008. Submission of offers has been extended util 12:00 Noon Local Time, Ft. Belvoir, Virginia on 1 February 2005. Solicitation will be posted on this site as well as the DESC (www.desc.dla.mil)website for your information. Packages will not be mailed unless specifically requested because no internet capability exists.
