- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Qu otes are requested; however, a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911S8-05-T-0011 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fed eral Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This requirement is small business set-aside with a NAICS Code of 423120; size standard of 100. The description of the commercial item is as follows: Clin 0001 reads: Purchase of one (1) each Custom Build 27 foot ATV / Travel Spill Response Trailer, with the following minimum Salient Characteristics: Warranty 1 year minimum. Gross Dry Weight(UVW) 6,790lbs, Carrying Capacity 4,430lbs, Hitch 1,060lbs, Exterior Length 30 10, Exterior Width 8 , Ext Height (Top of AC) 11 5 , Fresh Water Capacity(gals) 100gals, Waste Water Capacity(gals) 28gals, Gray Water Capacity(gals) 32gals, LPG Capacity 60, Tire Size ST235/80R16D, Rim Size 16x6. Outside Shower ,Patio Awning,3-Burner High-Output Range w/Oven, Power Vent in Bathroom , LP Leak Detector ,Double-Door Refrigerator ,Four Stabilizer Jacks,13,500 BTU Air Conditioner, Large Microwave, Furnace, Front Ladder, Walk-On Rubber Roof ,Sink Cover, Water Heater Bypass Kit , Recessed Tie-Downs, Mini Blinds, High-Rise Kitchen Faucet, 60 /40 Large Bowl Designer Sink, Rain Gutters with Spouts ,Extra-Wide EZ-Lube Axles, Pass-Thur Storage Compartment, Onan 4k generator with fuel station.State delivery time after receipt of order. Shipping will be to DOL Central Receiving Point, Fort Lewis, WA 98433-9500. Any contract entered into resulting from this request for quotations will be with a responsive, responsible quoter using a SF1449. Quotes will be evaluated on low price, technically acceptable. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offero rs-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Addenda to this provision are applicable, in which the term offeror, whenever it appears, shall be replaced with the term quoter; paragraphs (g) and (h) are deleted. Quoters are required to submit complet ed copies of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their quotes. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condi tions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and does not include any addenda. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
