- The Government requires the services of one or more outfitter(s) to perform the duties of wilderness treks,(backpacking, horseback/packing, llama packing) for the National Wilderness Stewardship Training Session, conducted by the Arthur Carhart National Wilderness Training Center, Missoula, Montana. This project is being advertised as a written quotation using the Commercial Item, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Quotes are due February 24, 2005. Work will be performed at specific times and locations as directed by the Forest Service; however, the dates for performance of the work are June 23, 2005, and June 25 through June 27, 2005, but not including June 24, 2005.
